Scott is the owner and founder of Fitness Habitat. A practitioner and student of Health & Fitness Industries since 2004. His specialised approach reflects evidence-based research on training principals to achieve changes in body composition, strength, fitness, health and well being.

Craig McEvoy

Craig's love of fitness evolved from a perspective of personal rehabilitation, from an array of injuries. His training design is deeply rooted in functional movement. He employs an individualised approach to his personal training clients, and structures group sessions with a high work ethic.
