Power Fit for 45 mins!

Each 8 week cycle this class format is modified, to keep your body guessing and progressing.

Example cycles
• 45 sec work 15 sec recovery - 1st round solo circuit, followed by a buddy up 2nd round interchanging between resistance and cardio.
• 4 stations with 30 sec work 12 sec recovery 4 exercises repeated twice before hitting another station.
• 20 sec work 10 sec recovery (matrix - Add an additional exercise until all are completed - then repeat in reverse dropping an exercise).
• Tabata 20 sec work 10 recovery x 8 rounds (4 mins)
